Orbit LMS is a school platform used by authorised students, families, teachers and school administrators. This policy explains how we handle information provided through Orbit.

Information we handle

Orbit may process account details, school records, attendance, academic results, classroom activity, notices, fee information and support requests. The information available in an account depends on the school and role using Orbit.

How information is used

We use information to provide the requested school experience, maintain access for authorised users, show attendance and academic progress, support school operations, process payments where enabled, and respond to support or data-deletion requests.

Access and sharing

Access is limited by the role and permissions assigned by the school. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only where needed to operate Orbit or process an authorised service, such as a payment.

Schools remain responsible for ensuring that their use of Orbit and the information they provide complies with their applicable policies and legal obligations.
